The reviewer committee reviews the manuscript in full length. Please save your work using the Microsoft Word(.docx) format. For paper submission, please fill out the registration form before the paper submission deadline.

• Submission papers are divided into two categories:
  1. academic papers
  2. college graduation monograph (The work must be accompanied by an electronic file for the monograph poster with A1 size.)
• The format of submission papers for both of the above two categories must conform ITIA paper format, that is, the papers must comply with the conditions such as “Chinese/English Abstracts”, “two-column layout”, “limited to 8 pages.” Examples and details can be found in the official website.
• The authors must upload their papers via the registration system of the official website to submit the papers.
• The reviewer committee reviews the manuscript in full length. The results of the review could be either “accept” or “reject.”
• The author whose paper has been accepted by the reviewer committee must attend the conference to present the paper, and the paper would be incorporated into the “ITIA2021 Proceeding.”
• The accepted college graduation monograph will be directly incorporated into the “ITIA2021 Proceeding”(the same ISBN) and will not be scheduled into the conference agenda.
• For those submitted papers which have been accepted for publication, the author must pay the ITIA registration fee, or the paper will not be incorporated into the “ITIA2021 Proceeding.”
• The Conference has applied for ISBN.
• Please use the bank transfer to pay the fee for registration. The steps are as follows:

Paper format:

• Paper format: (Manuscript Format Download [Chinese] or [English])
• The page must be presented in straight A4 and be written horizontally.
• Chinese Abstract: A Chinese Abstract is recommended to include the objectives, methods, results and conclusions within about 300 words. After the Abstract, the author must provide at least three Chinese Keywords in a separate line.
• English Abstract: An English Abstract is recommended to include the objectives, methods, results and conclusions within about 300 words. After the Abstract, the author must provide at least three English Keywords in a separate line.
• Please use 11-point word in the text. The 4-sided boundaries are set to about 2.54cm (1 inch).
• The submission paper is limited within 8 pages. Please present the pages in two column and single space.
• Paper format is limited to use the Word 2003 or 2007 (.doc) or the LaTex format.
• If the paper is prepared in Word, the author is asked to upload the Word file along with the anonymous PDF file (for the sake of full-length review).
• Do not add page numbers.
• Please compress the Word file and the PDF file (2 files in total) into a ZIP file, and then upload the ZIP file.
